The Board of Directors consists of the President and Vice President who are elected each year by the membership, the immediate Past President, and 16 Regional Directors who are appointed by the Board. They meet once per year at the annual convention and conduct other business via email. The Association is governed by a Constitution, a set of Bylaws and Policies as adopted by the Board.
