DESCRIPTION:We are planning a fly-in to Sarasota Bradenton International (KSRQ) in Sarasota, Florida on Saturday, February 13. 

AGENDA:
10:00   -     Arrive at KSRQ, taxi to Dolphin Aviation (941.355.2902).  They have offered us their Corporate fuel rate ($4.28 for 100LL on 12/23/09).  
-        Spend time visiting and “catching up” with your fellow AYA friends.
-        We may also be joined by members of EAA Chapter 282 (Clearwater FL – KCLW) and the Suncoast Porsche Club Chapter.
-        Make your way to the Classic Car Museum www.sarasotacarmuseum.org just down the street from Dolphin Aviation

Regular admission is Adults $8.50 / Seniors $7.50 but with 10 or more admission is Adults $7.50 / Seniors $5.50 

11:00   - Enjoy two hours touring the museum.  We will attempt to have a docent available for a more detailed tour. 

12:45   - Depart for the “Treviso” Italian restaurant (941.360.7390) www.trevisorestaurant.com  on the Ringling Museum grounds, just across the street from the Classic Car Museum.  This is an upscale restaurant - You should budget $18+ for lunch. 

13:00   - Enjoy a GREAT meal at “Treviso,” and time with friends. 

14:45   - Depart for Dolphin Aviation. 

15:00   - AYA “Forum” in the Dolphin Aviation Conference Room. 

16:00   - Depart for home. 

We may be joined by members of EAA Chapter 282 (Clearwater, FL), the Silver Wings Fraternity, and members of the Suncoast Porsche Club.   

Some of the distances may be a bit too far for some to walk.  At this point in the planning, transportation to the museum and restaurant may come from many sources.  It is important to RSVP as soon as possible by contacting Bob Gibson at 727.644.8361 (email bsgibson@curtisswright.com) so that we can manage the transportation, and to update the restaurant on our “head count” for lunch.
